A Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, overseeing employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They typically lead a team of HRBPs or HR professionals and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive HR initiatives that support the overall goals of the organization

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree Mandatory. 
Freshers and experience required. 
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. 
Ability to lead a team. 
Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is prefferable

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
